Detail on a form not printing out!

This may take a little understanding but here goes, I'm having a problem printing forms from MS Access. The users are using Terminal Services to access the server, and then open the centrally located access db.

If you try to print out a form (the actual form view) the preview looks fine, but its missing all labels, captions and data when actually printed.

It happens in both Access XP and 2003, but only occurrs for one user

Has anyone had any experience of this? and know what is causing it?

Forgettin Terminal services f you go on the server directly via VNC does the form print off correctly?

If you get the one user and get them to use a different PC to terminal service on do they still experience the same problem?
