If ypou are trying to obtain the structue of the CCC Sql Database so you can manipulati it yourself you will be out of luck
Avaya keep very tight lipped about this (the probably dont want anyone to create a better report engine that dosnt require there licence)
With a little bit effort and a couple test calls it shouldn't be too hard to find out the meaning of every field in the SQL.
Most things are documented in the tables itself. If you take a look at the SQL tables you will see you can adjust things like translations etc. yourself.
