I am using Crystal Reports 8.0 and am having problems with a report. Report is grouped by Field X. Field X is printed at the top of every page in the Page Header Section. (I cannot put it in the group header section since I have 2 subreports that may or may not be suppressed at Group Footer Time that need the heading...). If my Group Footer Section is the last line to print on the report before it automatically page breaks (due to reaching the line counter limit), Field X is being shown with the prior value instead of the next one on the table in the Page Header section of the next page (although the detail is for the next record...). If my group footer prints anywhere else on the page, the Headings print just fine since it is "Page Break After" at group footer time...

Hope this makes at least some sort of sense...

Have multiple headers and change the group options to repeat header on new page. For the group header sections with subreports, conditionally suppress using the formula:
InRepeatedGroupHeader
This ensures the subreports are shown (and processed) once only. Andrew Baines
