Destroy Hard Disk Data

Looking at an EMC FC4700, which I am unable to connect to via a crossover and ip access to either SP but could not. Also tried connecting the keyboard/mouse and monitor; on the 1 SP all I can get into is the BIOS and on the other all I see is the Windows Blue screen with the OS info.

I need to format/destroy the data on all drives so that they can be re-used by another division. What are my options for achieving this based on the state of the SP's? Help!
