Callpilot 2.5 desktop messaging, we have users pulling up voicemail and selecting to hear it on the phone. the phone rings, but no audio or play indication on the screen. when you hang up, you get "Destination was not reached". calling into the mailbox directly works fine and selecting Computer on the desktop works fine. Checked restriction lists, no problem there, and this was working fine but has grown steadily worse over a period of weeks.
Has anyone experienced this? if so, your fix would be appreciated.
