Destination Error with Business Object XI 1

Are you in BO XI or in Crystal Enterprise? In BO XI, you have to configure a couple of things to be able to send reports to non-printer destinations.
1. Log in to the CMC and click on Servers.
2. Click on the DestinationJobServer.
3. Go to the Destinations tab and make sure that the FTP destination is turned on and configured.
4. Go back out to the main Servers screen.
4. For each "Job Server" in your system (Crystal Job Server, Webi Job Server, Desktop Intel Job Server), click on the server and repeat step 3.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
