I had an extension that changed to a different DN (4330 -> 2250, there wasn't a 2250). I went to Dest Codes and I can't add a 4330 Dest Code. I can only get to 433 - I lose the ANY option after the first 3.

Where can 4's hide in the system that I'm missing?

I've gone through every B2 on the system and it's not lurking. This is confirmed by going back into Change DN and tried to change again but it doesn't work as there is no DN 4330. Yes there are active DNs around 4330 (4301 .. 4360).

To check my sanity, I tried to repeat the steps

Hints or ideas?

Could be a Hunt Group DN, or could be a Recvd. Digit in a Target Line?

I really wish Nortel would come up with a better way of managing Target Lines. Like, under Lines, program a "Search" softkey that will locate lines by rec digits.

Maybe they're listening.

i'm with you a 100% rikrodgers nortel really needs to chg some things to save time and that would be a great place to start having an option to search for target lines and even dn's. yeah it would be nice if we could do a prt ludn or dnb commands on a norstar but that's just wishfull thinking...
