I'm trying to make it so users do not need to dial an access code to make a call out.
Lines do not ring and appear on any sets

I tried making the prime I/C and Pool A ( didn't work )
I tried setting 1 , 1A up as a Destination code ( error detail invalid value.

Is this possible to do ?
Thanks for any help

It's only dialtone-VZ

The digit "1" is the default Call Park Access Code. It can be changed.

Adversity is Opportunity

I would think so, you should be able to Remove any access codes programmed in Lines Pools.

Then in Routing create create destination codes for 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and assign what ever route you assigned as PoolA with Aborbed Length of 0.

Now, having said that, it will disable the following:
Users will not be able to dial the DN of another user
No Call Park
No Xfering Calls
Not sure if it will mess with autoattendant with xfer'd calls or not.

Not a very smart thing to do. If they don't want to dial access codes, put physical line appearances on their phones.

I changed park gave them a 1 and 9 for destination codes

9 for 911 (and local they need a 9 plus 9 more digits which works well for me)

1 for any LD calls
Thanks much!!
