Hello, I have a customer who has asked if we can manipulate numbers sent to the call logger. Here is the example, user dials 1234 which is an extension on another system via a digital link. 12 is the DEST and 34 is the last 2 digits of the extension. When we look at the call logging the 12 shows as Access Code and 34 show as Dialled Digits. We need to get the 12 incorporated in the Dialled Digits. Does anyone know how to do this on a BC12 system?

Thanks

Hello!

Hello Peter,
A big thanks for the information. Our customer has 2, 3 & 4 digit range. 2 & 3 are fine but I can't add the 4 range due to a 3 digit restriction with NUMTYP EC. Do you know of a patch number to increase this? If so I can then get intouch with Ericsson and try and obtain it.

Many thanks.

Hello!

I wrote NUMTYP=ED! You will can use 5 digit to programise. And CIL will fine.
