I've run in to an old Ip Office Small Office Edition, I can't seem to get my 9.0 or 10.0 Software to detect the pbx. I know that it works fine because I configured a 500 V2 just a week ago using these softwares. I configure my LAN adress to 192.168.43.2 and the gateway 192.168.43.1. I can ping the gateway no problem. Just nothing in Office Manager.

The only thing I can infer is that I need an older vesrion of Avaya IP Office Manager.

Might any of you good chaps have a link / FTP to help a starving freelance tech out? I'm kind of on the line fixing this thing.

Here is a link to the unit I am working on.

Thanks much in advance!

I have 3.2(69) which should work just fine.

I used to be an ACE. Now I'm just an Arse.

any version V3.2 through V9.0 should work
V9.1 killed of support for anything prior to V4.2 ish (Avaya haven't documented & I haven't bothered to test fully)

the final release available for the SOE was V4.2, you may want to consider upgrading it if you have the bin files

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Have a look at top right

I thought that some of the older manager software could be downloaded from support.avaya.com without a login but just now seems that is not the case.

Avaya seem to make this harder to get to and I assume many IP Office 400 users don't have sold to numbers etc.
