I am working with a customer as I type. I have changed over 2 T1's to PRI with DID. Incoming is fine. Outgoing produces fast busy after placing the call. ?????

Thanks for the response Merlin Man! I had to ditch the cut! Had everything but no outbound. Problem is, customer is 99% outbound! I will compare your table to mine. I will post my setups tomorrow when on my work computer. Maybe you and the others can pick me apart!
Actually, here is my setup. Looks a little different because 2 PRI's and no special digit manipulation. Anything jump out at you and say "no outgoing calls"?

ScoTTel,
For route 0 you should have the following routes:
Entry Number: 0
Pattern 0: 0
Pattern 1: 1
Pattern 2: 2
Pattern 3: 3
Pattern 4: 4
Pattern 5: 5
Pattern 6: 6
Pattern 7: 7
Pattern 8: 8
Pattern 9: 9
Typically, you do not need to add any other routes, just 0.
Also, since you are not doing any additional inbound manipulation, it is not necessary to assign "any service" to routes 2-15. You could, however, assign "no service" to route 2, in effect telling the Merlin "don't bother looking any further"
Any ideas why I was unable to get outgoing calls? I had each PRI lines split into 2 different pools. 891 and 892
ARS had primary local and toll to 892 first and 891 second.
I had no adds or drops on the digits. I have all the print outs of the system if you think a different one might better explain it. Help!! I am not going to reschedule until I have a definate answer to what is going wrong.
Could this be my problem? By having all of the routes assigned it caused a timing issue. For instance, if the system was looking through multiplce routes before proceeding and then the channel dropped the connect due to no digits? The first response was a fast busy, then after reading a post about timing, I lengthened one of the timers thus causing a wave off from the switch. I am perplexed!
