Desparate - operation failed message - just prior to demo

I have written an outlook form with vbScript to control the path of the form through public folders. Today I filled added all of the fields on the multiple page form and the vb scrip - that has not been modified - is giving an operation failed error when the app tries to save the form or move it. This still works on the smaller working prototype of the form - does anyone know what might be afoot

Help! - please
