I have just purchased a Palm Pilot m105 on e-Bay. I got the unit and a stand with a serial cable. I have downloaded the manual and desktop software. I would like to import varuious documents so I can put them on the PDA. But he "import" function only imports it's own format. Does anyone know how to import an Excel spreadsheet, a text file, or a Word document?

Well, if you bought it retail, it comes with DataViz Documents to Go, which would allow you to do all that. Since you didn't, check with DataViz and see if there is a "free" demo you could try. Did the m105 come with a CD of any sort? If so, it should be on there. Good luck.

As I said, it came with the stand and attached serial cable. Period. I will try DataVis.

I searched for DataVis. I got DataVision. Does not seem to be relevant.
