Desktop patch

I made the mistake of installing the latest desktop patch on a BCM 400 4.0 before I installed the latest SU patch. Now the element manager will not connect. Anyone have any ideas on how I could get in to put the su patch in.

Tried a newer version. Id like to reboot the system but I'm afraid it won't come back up.

what do you get that says it wont connect.

I sometimes have to disable and then enable my lan port on my Laptop to get a connection

Try setting your laptop to manual fixed address instead of DHCP


reboot it
If you cant access it then at least you will know.

The telephony will still work but call pilot and applications wont if there is a problem,

Hope its not IP ""!!!!!!
