Right now, my setup consists of me having to use VNC whenever I need to use another desktop. What I would like is to have my server computer store desktop settings, files, etc. and when I login, like in Novell NetWare, but my wallpaper, icons and everything appear on a remote computer. Is there any way to do that?

Terminal Server will do this, if you're running a server flavor of NT/2k/etc.

That's the problem... I am running 2000 Pro on all machines.

You're basically looking for roaming profiles then, which is only in Win2K Server flavors. Perhaps someone knows of a 3rd party hack.
