Desktop Messaging

I'm trying to setup Desktop Messaging using Oultook 2003.
I have everything setup yet when I open outlook I get the following message....

"Your mailbox does not have desktop capabilites"

When I do a send and recieve I do not get any error messages. It seems to check the callpilot fine however I do not get any messages.

Is there something that I need to setup on the callpilot to give it desktop capabilites?

if its a CP150 ...u get i think 2 desktop licences ...
and i dont know if outlook 2003 is a supported/ tested version

of course i'm assuming it is a CP on hte norstar
