I have a user whose Desktop messages are now showing as a message with a notepad and pencil instead of the phone icon. When you click the message it appears as an email instead of the call pilot player. Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't had that happen before but I would reinstall desktop messaging for the user.

That icon refers to a text message and is a normal thing to have. It would open in email to read it.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
