Desktop messaging

I am having a problem with desktop messaging I tested the other day to see it happen when a messages is left in voice mailbox the red light comes on but goes right back off because mail is delivered to email/vmail box & marked as read as soon as it arrives my suggestion was to uninstall & reinstall on machine & see what happens they have been using 2007outlook for a yr or so & it has worked fine in the last month it started doing this I figure it had a Microsoft update that probably caused the problem.

Anybody got any ideas?

There was an updated callpilot client that resolved that issue, but that was a couple years back. what release of software is the BCM running?

sorry wrong forum. this is a call pilot 150 on a MICS.

This is an old issue with desktop messaging, google toolbar and email scanning anti-virus are known to cause that issue.
Do a search in old threads.
