Hello

Is it possible to create a distribution list in outlook that has external fax numbers in so it can be used to send a single fax to multiple external numbers?

Fax Batch?? i need to reply a voice message received in my Outlook InBox, when i hit reply i get blank TO filed (it should have sender Email) and i have to cut and paste sender email and when i hit send it shows message sending but after it i get error showing SMTP error, can somebody guide some field/entries in CallPilot for setting up reply option.
