Hi all,

I am trying to install DeskTop Messaging: I have a keycode, I have downloaded the program.
I am at the point in the manual where it says "Start Unified messaging for the first time".

Where is the icon at? I go to Start, Programs, Nortel Networks CallPilot DeskTop Messaging and it gives me three options: Managers, CallPilot Player and Send a CallPilot Message.

Clicking on any of these choices does not produce the desired Log In box the manual speaks of..... ???

So my question is how do you Start Unified Messaging if there's no icon, shorcut or single click program?

It should launch automatically when you start your email client (outlook, groupwise, etc). The first time it launches it will ask you for the server paramters, mailbox info, LDAP search base, etc.
 
Gotcha.
We downloaded everything and during the download the computer threw up a DOS prompt screen and just sat there. If we closed that window the installation download continues as 'normal'.

I am thinking perhaps that it's not downloading properly or something since when we start Outlook it doesn't automatically launch Unified Messaging....
