We currently use desktop messaging within our company and it works fine. What I am trying to accomplish is our owner would like to use the desktop messaging remotely which I can make work but the problem arises when he listens to an attachment it remains in VM as I am just forwarding from a rule. Is see My call pilot might accomplish the same function as he can view VM remotely but I don't really know much about it. Can someone explain what capabilities you have with your VM using My call pilot?
