Desktop messaging users receiving Failed Fax error

We have an innermitant issue where all of our Desktop messaging users will receive a voicemail in their CallPilot Desktop messaging inbox stating that they had a failed fax. We do not have faxing on our CallPilot. I have narrowed down this issue to have something to do with VPIM networking. We have 25 sites networked with VPIM or AMIS.

We have a test mailbox on the system that we were testing VPIM on the week before this message arrived. The mailbox we were testing with tried to send a message from lindcpvm.corp.timken.com to sttdcpvm.corp.timken.com on Aug 16 and that mailbox received a Fail to send message on Aug 18th. On Aug 23rd and Aug 25th every desktop messaging user received a failed fax message. The message below is from the failed attempt to send that message in the test mailbox.

What is CP-NAN-Agent ??
Why are all the DM users getting these messages??
