Currently using Callpilot desktop messaging client 5.0 and can receive my voice messages in Outlook and play fine on my PC when using the Nortel player, but when I use the "telset playback" feature, Call pilot dials my DN and when I retrieve the call it immediately disconnects and displays the following error on my player; "This message doesn't exist on the server. Try to use it using computer speakers".
We have an executive who does not have speakers on her PC and you can only imagine..........
Any ideas?

if you take the message from the inbox (to a saved folder for instance )it removes it from the callpilot system , this may be the problem

as long as it is not removed from the inbox it should be ok

thats the only time i have seen that message

to err is human
to really f things up requires a computer

mike

Thanks Mike for the suggestion, although the messages are not removed from the inbox.
