Station A calls Station B and leaves a message. When Staion B uses Desktop Messaging the name displayed in the Desktop Messaging Tab is a previous user to Station A not the current user. If the mailbox is built under the current user, where does Callpilot get the name to populate the desktop Messaging Tab?

Has the Station B user updated their CP address book recently?

Near as I can tell the address book is the same Global Address Book that everyone else uses and is updated frequently.

Call Pilot has it's own address book that is download from the Call Pilot Server. From your Outlook, go to TOOLS, then Call Pilot Desktop Messaging then Configuration then open the Address Book tab and choose to download now. This should update the names from Call Pilot to your outlook so when you get a voice mail message it will tell you the correct person's name.
