desktop messaging seats

I have a customer who want to upgrade from flash talk to a callpilot 150 and use the desktop messaging. I have installed several callpilots but never with the desktop messaging. How do i determine how many seats are needed. is the two that come with the cp 150 enough or do i need 1 per user or is it a ratio like 1 seat per 3,4, or 5 users. they have 43 users at the moment.
any advice would be appreciated.

A desktop license for each use who will have desktop messaging, 1 to 1.

It's definitely one per user, and you would need them both for Desktop Messaging and full My CallPilot functionality.
