I understand that VM4.0 comes with 2 desktop messaging seat licenses built in. Does anyone know how to acquire additional desktop messaging seat licenses and then what is the process to install them on the NAM with VM4.0?

Thanks,
Harold

I am not sure since I never had to expand one but from the way that Norstar works with the Nortel you will probably have to buy the upgrade from your vendor then using the upgrade and a code that you get with it call nortel to have an access code generated, using this access code you enter it into your NAM and that is it. no hardware.
