About a year ago I created a new thread - thread1553-1640252 - with the same issue I am having again.
I was able to resolve the problem last year.
I installed SU11 a few weeks back on my 1005r (rls 5.00.41.167) Call Pilot Server. Ever since this update, I am only receiving 7 digits within my desktop messaging rather than 10. See example capture below:

So, since I fixed it before I followed my resolution again, however, it did not work out the same.
I have gone into CPMGR --> Messaging --> Dialing Information and played around with the unknown format handling with no luck. After each change, I called from my cell to my VM and still only receive the 7 digits without the area code.
Does anyone have any other suggestions perhaps?
