Desktop Messaging on CP 100

I know you can use desktop messaging and web-based administration with CP 150, can you use those features with CP 100?

Web based administration for the CP100 is the same as the CP150, and I think desktop messaging is also, though you might want to browse Nortel for the desktop messaging.
