Can you access multiple mailboxes with desktop messaging? We have a secretary that must check 4 different mailboxes daily and it would be nice if she could check them all from outlook using desktop messaging.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how it is setup?

Thanks,
steve

Hi

I've tried to do this with our system here. I couldn't find any way to do it. My work around was to have the user log into My Callpilot and retrieve the messages there.

Thanks for the response. I will give that a try.

You could do this using "my call pliot", instead of the desktop messaging. Still using the web interface off the PC to accomplish this though.

They could access them using Desktop Messaging, but they would have to log into each separately when they start Outlook (they would have to close Outlook and reopen it for each mailbox).
