I am attempting to send faxes through my Desktop Messaging Fax service. Fax driver is installed and I get prompted with what number to fax to when I choose to print to the Nortel Fax. I receive this error in my inbox after attempting to fax:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients
Subject: test
Date: Thu, 16 Sep 2010 09:28:38 -0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"Unknown" <FAX=93498237@callpilot.magoffin.ketsds.net>
Reason: There is a problem with the specified address. Please verify the address. (2)
If you notice the FAX number contains the fully qualified name of my call pilot server. To me this should not be added to the fax number. I've looked in setup and can't find where this is configured. We can receive faxes with no problem.
