Desktop Messaging FAX Problem

BCM 400 3.6 using target express lines assigned to mailboxes for FAX purposes. Everything is working great except customer says the FAX files append to each other every time they view them in M$ Outlook. This site is remote, so I have not seen what the problem looks like exactly. If they view the FAX once, it looks fine. View it again and it is twice the pages. View it again and it becomes 4 times the pages. I think this is what they are telling me. Happens to all users.
Anybody seen this problem?
I'm not sure if it is a Call Pilot Desktop Messaging problem, or a M$ Outlook problem.
