We have attempted to install the desktop messaging client on three new machines and the install goes fine. However, when a person attempts to log on, it returns the Desktop Messaging Properties box. Also, when you try to expand the CallPilot Desktop Messaging group of folders (we are using Outlook) we get "Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists." The problem is the server is available. I'm thinking it must me an OS problem or setting. Any ideas?
