We have Desktop Messaging (Version 4) for Outlook running, and for the most part, it works just great. The only niggle is that if we leave our computer logged in and running Outlook overnight, when we return to the office the following morning and click on the Call Pilot Message Store, we receive a error message saying, "Not available, try again". If we click on the message store object a 2nd (and sometimes 3rd) time, we can reconnect.
Personally, I find this to be just a minor inconvenience, but some of our senior partners have blown this out of proportion. Any ideas on how I can stop this from happening?

Check the screensaver, it may be putting it to sleep and dis-connecting....

Computer is likely going into sleep mode and shutting down the network connection, hence the need to reconnect.
