I have a couple of users that have been set up with Desktop Messaging. We are using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP machines.
The users receive their remote text notification when a voice mail is left, and the phone icon on the task bar turns red and they are able to click on it and open up MyCallPilot, but the actual voice mail messages are not being delivered to their outlook inbox. Nor is a separate folder being created.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem still exists.
My version of CP is 5.00.41.97.
Thanks.
