Desktop Manager v4.0

Hello everyone.

I have a client using a Verizon 7250 BlackBerry with Desktop Manager software v4.0 and Office 2003. When I go into the Intellisync option and click "Configure PIM" the MS Outlook translator isn't listed as an option.

Does anyone know how to get this back or fix this issue? Have spent a few hours on the web with no good info and thought I would try and ask here.

Have you updated the handheld itself to Firmware version 4? You can also do a complete uninstall and re-install of the desktop manager.
