DeskTop Manager Using Windows 2000

Hello All,

This is very new to me.

We are using MD110 and would like to install "DeskTop Manager" on the Windows 2000 clients. However when installing onto the clients we get an error stating that it is not supported. Is there anything i can do to make this run on Windows 2000. I am aware that it can run on Windows 2000 but i am not sure what i need to change within the setup.

What version of Solidus are you running and what service pack?

We are using Next CC ( Next Call Centre ) not many of these in the UK with a service pack 2.

Next CC has now been replaced by Solidus. I am pretty sure it doesn't support win2K.
