Does anyone know of a way to run a print document macro from a Windows XPP desktop? For instance, I have label files and I want the operator to just click on the appropriate title and the label prints. I can't find documentation anywhere on anything like this.

Try writing an hta (hypertext application) for it. Keywords to look up are

hta wsf vbscript wsh

The default WSH5.6 package from MS has some scripts on how to do things with word documents.
