I'm trying to format a cell to show e-mail as "Credit Deprtment" but the e-mail string is {Joe.smith at abc.company}. Need help with that, and would like the e-mail to populate subject field with "Credit Approval"....please help..

Found the answer & looks like this

<a href="mailto:joe.doe@yourcompany.com?&subject=Order Release
Approval&body=Please%20provide%20the%20following:%20%0A
%0ACustomer%20Number%20=%20%0ACustomer%20Name%20=%20%0AOrder%20Number%20=
%20%0AOrder%20Amount%20=%20%0ASales%20Rep%20=%20">Email Credit Dept</a>

the field or cell shows e-mail link: Email Credit Dept
once clicked opens e-amil program as new memo (we use Lotus Notes) and populates the subject: Order Release approval
The body of the e-mail states the following:

Please provide the following:

Customer Number =
Customer Name =
Order Number =
Order Amount =
Sales rep =

%20% means to place a space between characters or words
OA means to return to new line
