Desktop Icons Don't Load (Webroot Spysweeper)

Hello All!!

I hope somebody here could help me out little. The computer freezes after Novell login script is done running. No desktop icons will load but the mouse still moves. If I uninstall Webroot Spysweeper Enterprise Client, everything will be okay. Any suggestions?? Thank you!!
