Desktop font color 1

How can you change the font color on the icons that are displayed on the desktop? All my wording on the desktop is in white, I need it in black. When I make folders it defaults to white. Thank you.

You need athird party software to do this as it creates an overlay. There is no way to do without. Microangelo is one and there are some free ones that do quite will. Try here:/
