How can I get it so it actually connects to the system? Where is it getting the authentication information from? It keeps saying offline for both DN and SET.

Do you have a Lan CTE keycode on your system? You'll need to configure the LAN CTE parameters in the BCM to point to your PC (IP, machine name, or domain/user account).

Yes, I have the CTE Keycode installed ... where do I configure it in the BCM>?

Services/LAN CTE Configuration

You then have 3 options, Domain/User, IP Address or Machine name, and enter the respective DN

Don't forget to reboot BCM and client PC's to activate

Shouldn't need to reboot the BCM, but the client will need a reboot.

Don't forget to run the tcmsetup /c (bcmname) from a DOS prompt after loading the LAN CTE client on your PC.
