Desktop 7.5 is slow

We have our I-Servers in our data center in Texas. Our clients that use Desktop are scattered across the country. We are currently using 7.2.3 in production and performance across the WAN is very good. However, we are testing 7.5 and Desktop performance across the WAN is horrible (like 3-4 minutes to open editor windows). Something has changed.

Has anyone else experienced this?
