Hello, Anyone found the same issue? a bug in 11.0.x and 11.1.x?
User setting absence texts type 1 - 10 for their deskphones will not show for users with softphones (Equinox/IX Workplace)
Only the manually entered text (back time etc) and text using "custom" type 11 will show for softphones.
Sure, a workaround is to only use shortcodes with type 11 custom text can be used, and also display buttons to dial the code and waiting for user input to set backtime digits.
