Deskjet - improper istallation? 1

Installed a new black, now everytime i print it says color installed incorrectly. I removed the color and put it back in, but still get the incorrect installation warning. Pulles it out again and carfully cleaned contacts with alcohol
- still get the message

change the color also..... why beats me they do things like that some times worth a try.
