Well if you have a spare cartridge its always best to test a new cartridge first.
However if you are trying to salvage your current cartridge I would suggest cleaning off the bottom of it with a qTip with rubbing alcohol on it. And to make sure things are flowing as they should try touching the bottom of your cartridge with a paper towel. The absorbancy should draw out all of the colors that are contained in that cartridge.
Keep in mind if you've printed a lot of blue.. just because there is more ink of the other colors there.. the cartridge is junk because you're all out of blue!
