Good morning from Wisconsin,
One of our clients has an HP DeskJet 3940 connected via USB to a Windows XP Home w/SP3 system, and the printer will not print anything in landscape, only portrait.
The printer has been disconnected, drivers removed, system rebooted, current drivers from hp.com installed, printer reconnected, and still the same issue exists.
Can anyone here provide some insight on this issue? Is it the computer, the settings, or the printer? Or none of the above?
Thank you in advance,
