Depending on your groupwise version you may need to upgrade.

I would look at upgrading anyhow since your software release is End of Life. If you have any trouble wetting this up you will get no help from Nortel.
The guide is 184 pages.... so it depends.
Some techs might find it hard to configure some might not.
As tnphoneman says, it's an old version of Callpilot, so if you run into problems you might have limited support.
