Desk Top Messaging Errors

We have a BCM 50 Rls 1 with desk top messaging. We recently upgraded our computers to Vista and the DTM incoming message/ vbk file does not download to outlook for audio screening. We recently installed the latest patches and this did not help. Any clues.

Did you remove and reinstall the Unified Messaging Application?
