Designjet 800PS Hard disk troubles

Hi,

We have a Designjet 800ps plotter with a 6gb HDD.
But for some reason we cant see it !!
Any ideas ? HPs website is about as useful as a sponge on the Titanic.

Trying to use HP Resource Manager which seems to believe that 'there is no mass storage device on this printer'.

The printer itself disagrees and the control panel says there is a 6gb HD installed.

JetAdmin also ignores the fact that a HD is in the box. We are using NT Server (SP6a all the updates), 2000pro desktops and JetAdmin 03.42.00

Any help very gratefully received.
