Designing Web Pages for Print

Does any one know any good references for designing web pages for print? The pages I need to create will be dynamically generated reports and I need them to page properly when they print.

Any help would be appreciated.

The best one is the yale web style guide. It tells you how to build web sites keeping in mind all the knowledge we have for book editing.
